I have been trying to add music to my brother's memorial, but it always says it is an invalid file, that it needs to be MP3. All my songs are mp3, so what could be the problem? Thanks for your help.

 Tanya Use the following form to upload music to your memorial: (MP3 format only) with a maximum size of 4MB let me know i can try a song for you have you one in mind.

It is working,just delete the song and put the one you wish too on,let me know Ty

Thank you for the help. It still will not upload for me, I don't know why. The song is MP3 and it is under 4MB. My name is Cassie, Tanya is my daughter, lol. :)

I figured it out. I was using Google Chrome so I tried it on internet explorer and it worked. Thank you for your help!

I found using Google Chrome didnt work too good. delete other song if you wish Cassie.
