Who created Memorial Gardens?
Memorial Gardens is a family run website that has experienced grief and we know that a Memorial Site for a Loved One that has passed can be a comforting and tranquil way of remembering someone close to you.
We are here to help you every step of the way and we will do all we can to make your site the way you want it to be so you can treasure it at all times.

Why create an online memorial?
An online Memorial Site can help with grief and it is a lovely place to come and leave your thoughts at any time of the day. It enables you to share your thoughts with other members who have experienced the same loss as yourself. It is amazing how many friendships are made through people wanting to talk about their loss.
With Memorial Gardens you can choose to make your site public so other members can leave candles, tributes, poems and gifts but if you want your site to be for your own personal use you can opt for the private option ( See How Do I Make My Site Private) when you have set up your site.
Why do you ask for our personal information?
We require personal information so you can set up your site.
Without a valid Email Address you cannot create a site as we will need to send you an Activation Code to enable you to use the site.
Any information you give us is stored in our database and is not shared with any other marketing companies or third parties.
I've forgotten my password
If you forget your password you click on the 'forgot password' in the login box and we will send you another password to the email address you created your account with so you can then log in to your garden.
You can then change your password to a more memorable one in your privacy settings. (See How Do I Change My Personal Details)
How do I change my privacy settings?
Login to your account.
Go to your Loved Ones Site
Select 'Edit Memorial Settings'
Select 'Privacy Display' and it will take you to another page that will then let you choose what you would like on your site.
How do I change my personal details?
Login to your account
Go to your Personal Page
On the right hand side menu select 'My Settings'
Then Select 'Personal Details'
You will then see the options 'Change Your Details' 'Change Email Address'
'Change Password'. Please select the option you are wanting to use.
How do I remove unwanted inbox messages?
Go to your Personal Page.
Select 'Messages'
You will see the messages that have been sent to you.
Select 'Delete' and the message will be removed.
Do I have the ability to block members sending me messages?
If you do not wish to receive messages from someone for any reason.
Select a message they have sent you and select 'Block Sender' and you will no longer receive messages from that person/s.
How do I add a Memorial to my personal page?
If you would like to save a site that you visit on to your personal page.
Scroll down on the right hand side of their page and you will see 'Add Memorial'.
You can select what relation you are to the person you are visiting and then click 'Save Memorial'.
It will then be added to your personal page so you can gain easier access to their site rather than searching for it.
How do I set my Memorial display picture?
Login to your account.
Go to your Loved Ones Site
Select 'Edit Memorial Settings'
Under the Memorial Settings select the 'Add/Remove Photos' option.
all your gallery photos will appear.
Select the photo you wish to appear as your main site photo
Select SET AS MAIN and that will then become your main picture.
How do I change my Loved Ones Site details?
Login to your account
Go to your Loved Ones Site
Select 'Edit Memorial Settings'
Select 'Change Details' You can then change the details that you want to change.
How do I Add Music to my site?
Login to your account
Go to your Loved Ones Site
Select 'Edit Memorial Settings'
Select 'Add/Remove Music'
Select 'Browse' and upload the song of your choice from your media library.
Songs must be in MP3 Format to upload.
How do I remove Music from my site?
Login to your account
Go to your Loved Ones Site
Select 'Edit Memorial Settings'
Select 'Add/Remove Music'
You will see the box File Name & Action.
To remove a track select 'Remove'
How do I make my site Private?.
Login to your account
Go to your Loved Ones Site
Select 'Edit Memorial Settings'
Select 'Privacy Display'
You will see an option Public or Private Memorial
Select Private and your site then only becomes visible to you.
