I am Jacob's ....
He was a good guy.. sweet, lovable..
He had cancer, he had kids. But now, hes in heaven, looking down on them, his family, and he is smiling, not because hes dead, but because hes painless.
He had three kids. Names not going to be shared. A boyfriend, who from what we all heard online, he loved much.
His mother is in heaven with him, along with a son, his sister, his birth father, and best friend, who died at age 17 due to murder. (Beat by his mother).
Keep this person in your prayers. He didnt deserve to die so young. <3
