POLICE have made a fresh appeal for witnesses following the death of a pedestrian in Chester.

His accident on A5116 Liverpool Road in Upton on Thursday, February 25, just before 10am.


HEARTFELT tributes have been paid to a fun loving boy who was killed while crossing a road in Chester.

Robert (Rob) Vasey, 23, from Chester, was killed as he attempted to cross A5116 Liverpool Road in Upton at 10am on Thursday. Robert was pronounced dead at the scene following a collision with a recovery vehicle outside the Frog pub.

Our thought's are with his parent's & friend's,he was love'd so much.
