AJ was a boy who made friends easily.He had a big smile and beautiful, sparkling blue eyes. When someone new met AJ, they instantly became a friend.

Was born to Dylan and Chloe Imus, big brother to Athena and David.

AJ's nature was to discover everything in life for himself. As he entered school, he never could understand it's purpose. The teacher taught you things and then wanted you to tell her over and over what she had said. Once he told you he got it, he expected to move on to something else. Thus he had no time for worksheets or homework assignments. There began his struggles with wanting everything to happen now. He wanted a car, a job, to be on his own, all these at age 10. He was every teacher's dream student and worst nightmare. You had to burn the midnight oil to keep him challenged and interested but his smile would drive you to do so.

I have missed him every day since his death. My son Edward joined his uncle on 31 of july 2009.

The Final Flight

Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free,
I'm following the path God laid for me.
I took his hand when I heard his call,
I turned my back and left it all.

I could not stay another day,
To laugh, to love, to work, to play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way,
I've found that peace at the end of the day.

If my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,
Ah, yes, these things too I will miss.

Be not burdened with times of sorrow,
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My Life's been full, I savoured much,
Good friends, good times, a loved one' touch.

Perhaps my time seemed all too brief,
Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with me,
God wanted me now, He set me free.
