My Precious Son James Burns
Age 18 yrs old

My Son had a great future ahead of him,untill a man took his life by his wreckless driving on the 3rd of June, He had No Tax No Insurance - No L-Plates and no Insurance. James was let down by the Justice System in every way,and the driver walked free with a £100 fine,apart from this ,he couldnt even say sorry to James family.He now own's his own Taxi Company,but life move's on for killers a Mother can never move on from losing a child.my Son was left for an hour outside a Local Hospital who couldnt help him they had no Accident & Emergency facilities,he was left waiting for an hour for an Ambulance to Convey him to another hospital was all too late. Then on top of this the Courts put a price tag on my Son's Life at one £100.You didnt get Justice James in any way shape or form. I dont know how these people can sleep at night.

Son,you did not deserve to die this way,you got no Justice. You had plans for the Armed Forces,you loved the Army Cadets.James infectious laughter & humour brought so much love into our live's. Our memories now keep us going and no dark skies or passage of time can ever take those away from us ever. Beloved Son of Maureen & Steve Devoted Brother to karen & Andrew & Extended family. I chose this song Especially for you. We are only a Heart Beat away from you.
I hope your playing your Chess game up there you were hard to compete with.
