Please take some time to read the terms of conditions for using Memorial Gardens which are set out below and are designed to be easy to understand.
We would appreciate your understanding that because of the nature of setting up an online memorial that may be intended for public access, we must have clear conditions regarding authority, content and privacy in particular.
When you create a tribute you are agreeing to be bound by these rules and so if you have any queries, problems or anything in particular you would like to discuss please don't hesitate to contact a member of our team who will help in anyway they can.

Consent
If you are not the next of kin would you please ensure that you have their authority to create your tribute as this can lead to difficulties with family members who are unaware a loved one has had a memorial set up without knowing.
If you are under the age of 18 you must have the consent of a parent or guardian in order to use this service.
Using Memorial Gardens
Our Aim at Memorial Gardens is purely for personal use for people to create loving and appropriate tributes for loved ones that have passed away.
Memorial Gardens must not be used for commercial purposes in any way, It is a free service that offers an equal service for all.
Use of Poems & Pictures
Please do not upload pictures or poems from other sites without permission. Please remember most poems and pictures on the Web have copyrights and it is illegal to copy without consent of the copyright owner.
Any poems or pictures deemed to have been used without consent will automatically be removed.
Sponsorship
Becoming a sponsor of MG is of your own choice. It is optional. If you become a sponsor you can do it to enable us to continue to improve our service to you.
We don't want to create a two-tier system that caters for those who can and those who cannot.
Material Content
Any material that may be deemed as illegal, obscene, racist, offensive, immoral or defamatory may be removed by Memorial Gardens at its sole discretion and this may include the termination of a site or account without notice
Memorial Gardens will do its upmost to prevent any material that may cause offence and so the above list for removals is only a few factors that we are pointing out.
If it is felt to be in the best interests of our users and/or a complainant to remove any site (or part content) this will be done at the sole discretion of Memorial Gardens without notice.
Copyright
All Designs and Content relating to the website are owned by Memorial Gardens. Any re-publication of any part of the website or the Memorial Gardens is not allowed without clear written consent from Memorial Gardens.
Privacy
Memorial Gardens does not and will not share or pass on any information collected to any other organisation.
Liability
As the main account holder, you remain responsible for the content of your site. Memorial Gardens is not responsible in any way for this content notwithstanding its authority to remove any inappropriate content at its own discretion.

You also agree to indemnify Memorial Gardens for any direct or indirect damages claims now or in the future that could total more than a return of monies paid by you.

It is highly forbiddden to use any images/mp3 files from within our website on any other website. We take this very seriously. We hold records everyday of the usage of our website.
